Awesome service they were really fast, and the food was great I will definitely be back again.

It was an expensive bowl of pretty flavorless stuff all thrown together. If you don’t add any of their hot spices or soy sauce it just has no taste. Very little meat in the soup and then it was not necessarily bitter size pieces.

Unique placd with neat vibes and also a fun MARVEL VS CAPCOM arcade game!

Meh, the place had cool stuff but the food flavors and service were lacking. Will not go back since I'm paying for the look and not the flavor of the food. I was disappointed in spending so much money on food my family didn't care to eat, but when this is one of our favorite foods to eat.

Such an awesome place! Great food and the atmosphere is steller! Definitely a must for anyone who loves anime and Ramen!

When this restaurant first opened it had energy and a staff to match. Now when you walk in you can expect to view no employees emerge until they deliver someone’s food. The orders are placed entirely via a kiosk and there is an unusually high marketing presence of merchandise panel selections compared to the menu itself. You’ll notice it defaults to a tip before payment (although no human being is in sight and service received) and for the price to increase because the originally displayed costs default to a kids portion.
The food was walked out exceptionally fast which likely meant all food was prepped prior and then added into the “soupa “ that naturally heats up the added food. It tasted like it that at least. I want to like this place but it’s a business run like a vending machine.
Side note: the R&B music was a strange choice, given the theme of the restaurant

Our family is obsessed with ramen so trying Soupa was a given - and we were definitely not disappointed. The location was perfect and the restaurant decor fun with all of the anime. There are so many choices to add to make your soup fantastic and a large bowl was enough for lunch the next day too. The price is right and we all agreed it’s a place to visit again.

Okay food, super salty pho broth which shouldn't even be salty if it's cooked correctly, pork belly was dirty and gamey tasting, wierd rubbery meatballs. I don't even think the meat was ok to eat but not sure.
I paid for extra limes and the first ones they gave me looked already squeezed and rotten?? Atleast it wasn't all expensive but this was pretty bad pho and everyone else at my table had issues with the meat in their dishes too
