This place is honestly trash not gone lie it’s better places than this I would never come back who cooks fried steak with noodles and cold eggs hahahaha really disgusting!!!

The food was horrible, and the place was very unclean with meat just seating out. A waste of money. The worst Ramen I've ever had.

As an avid anime and ramen fan, I can wholeheartedly say this is my favorite place for ramen. As a proud Filipino, their Ube Brownie is top tier and I could eat it everyday!!

Went to grab a number for my order it and it was covered in purple ube batter. They really need to fix the mold in the women’s bathroom. The coke machine was leaking water everywhere, so you’ll get splashed on when you’re grabbing chopsticks. The gacha machines are empty. Also, first time I have ever ordered edamame and was not given an extra dish to put the shells in. Not sure if that is standard practice or the server just forgot.

I was here for the soft opening many years ago. Really sad to see what this place has become.

this place has a black mold infestation. the food was subpar. paid $40 for 2 ramen bowls and a drink just for there to be no flavor, no seasoning, raw vegetables. i love ramen but the food here was genuinely not good. i wouldn’t go here. over priced, mold, and shitty food. not to mention it was so chaotic along with the music being way too loud. i’d avoid this place.

SOUPA BLAND! I’m highly confused as to how this place has so many positive reviews. The soup was incredibly bland. Like nothing could save it. It’s incredibly overpriced. The women’s bathroom was covered in black mold. The karaage was fine and the boba was very mid. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and I will not be coming back. Waste of money.

I just left. I ordered a tea with passion fruit popping. It came out with 1/2 and 1/2 which I did not order. The server gave me popping that was old and still white residue indicating it was from the other drink. Horrible experience with the service and I could not drink the tea. Would not recommend.

The customer service was amazing i went with my sis, we got the curry and a few sides with drinks, the atmosphere was very calm I loved every bit of it I’m definitely coming back

I came to Jacksonville for work and Soupa Noodle Bar was one of the places that kept coming up on TikTok, so I decided to try it, and honestly it was so worth it. The whole experience was incredible. The place itself is amazing and I love that everything is done through machines, so you don’t even have to talk to anyone if you don’t want to. The decoration was one of my favorite parts because it has this fun anime vibe, everything is super colorful and visually really pleasing. They even have little arcade machines where kids can play, and honestly adults can too. It gives the place such a cheerful and lively atmosphere without feeling overwhelming. It was completely packed and still, my food came out before I even sat down at my table, which blew my mind.

They have so many options and I love the fact that you can build your own bowl exactly how you want it. They offer two sizes, a kid size and a large size. I eat a lot and even the kid size was perfect for me because it left space for appetizers. I ordered takoyaki and they were insanely good, super fresh, hot and flavorful. I also got a jasmine and honey boba tea that was refreshing and really delicious.

Another thing I loved is that they have Happy Hour every weekday from Monday to Friday from three to six, and on Saturdays and Sundays from three to five. It’s honestly worth it because you can order several appetizers and even ramen bowls at a lower price, which makes the whole experience even better.

There are tons of dessert options, ramen variations and appetizers to choose from, so you’re definitely not going to run out of things to try. Between the three things I ordered, I spent about twenty five dollars, and I would one hundred percent come back. If you want ramen that comes out fast and tastes amazing, this is the place to go. The broth was full of flavor, the ramen was piping hot and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I honestly wish I could go back ten more times.

If you’re in Jacksonville or live nearby, this is definitely a spot you need to check out.

Great little place very efficient. Place is very vibrantly decorated with a lot of anime artsy wallpaper. You walk in and you self order and pay (is totally cashless) then you take a seat. In no time they bring the food to you. They have kids sizes and adult size which is definitely large and big. Prices are very reasonable, soups are good and if they keep this operation I can foresee them thriving. Nothing to complain so Jax this is is a gem. Go, try and enjoy
