I’m guilty of paying over $10 for a coffee yes. However that coffee really should be worth the $10. The caramel macchiato I got was not flavored and the. Just sauce poured in I guess to add flavor. Sorry please do better. I know you are very busy but don’t compromise quality when we are paying a lot for a beverage.
This is in the airport near the food court. I ordered ahead and it still took a good amount of time. I would suggest ordering before even going through security tbh.I also had to go back up and have my order made correctly.
It’s a coffee place at a airport and it’s short staffed so it’s obviously going to take a while to get your order that’s just common sense. Overall my coffee was good and the cashier was super friendly. I give them credit because the line was busy long with Karen’s on level 1000 and rude people that could have just gone somewhere else. Just saying if you had that many complaints holding up a line or have to cuss out the workers making the line longer for everyone else...
