I'm so sorry I cant give a better review. Flies were everywhere!!! All inside their display cases and flying and landing on the counters!!! Flies are very disgusting if you read about them.It will make you sick.I'll try another starbucks.The one on Roosevelt is where we went.They are also over priced.
I ordered a lavender matcha and spent a significant amount of time in the drive-thru during my lunch break, only to receive a plain matcha instead. I was understandably disappointed. However, when I returned the next day, Ellisa was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She listened to my concern, resolved the issue promptly, and provided excellent customer service with a genuinely pleasant attitude.
