Standard service, they were clearly understaffed and the person in the window was trying to take orders and hand out orders at the same moment. No greeting, no words spoken, just orders being taken while I wait for my food at the window. I don’t expect much but I at least want to be spoken to when I’m being handed a lemonade I didn’t order and I politely mention I didn’t order a lemonade. Not eyes rolled and a window slammed shut!

I'm giving this taco bell five stars all around, Not because of the employees, It's for the owner of this company of this specific taco bell on normandy, She works so freaking hard to please everybody, She does not.
Get enough respect for her hard she works. A lot of you unhappy customers can work for this company and do better if you're so upset with your food and service. Keep up the good work owner.I know you're doing your best if not more.

It took a while to get someone's attention to refill tea, and as I was leaving, the person who came to the counter directed an elderly customer to use the kiosk to place her order.
