Jacksonville Florida Town Center location. Terrible service we had to wait 20 minutes to get roles our salads came out first before the rolls then my steak was over cooked and fries where soggy so I told them I didn’t want it replaced so the manager took $14,00 off our bill the meal was $16.50 and my wife and granddaughter ordered the steak and shrimp combo and they charged my wife extra $2.00 for her shrimp and I told her about it she said she ordered wrong she sold isn’t...read full review
I went to Texas Roadhouse on Thursday evening around 730 my server was Taylor and she was terrible.. she got us drinks one time. However Sammie s came to our table to deliver a salad I had ordered and noticed we need more drink without asking us she went and refilled our drinks and then asked if we needed anything I then told her we hadn't gotten bread and that our server was just standing at the computer talking.. sammie then went and got us bread and also brought us our steaks.....read full review
