If your looking for a restaurant to challenge your palate and mind with their combinations, look no further. Their menu goes far past their overhead screens and they offer options that put control in your hands. Im not a seafood person (I have a shellfish allergy), and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered their chicken katsu. I don’t even eat sushi but this place is amazing. The only place I’ll try new things! Thanks to kazu and the FCT family for introducing me to this!! Great service and great food. They do get busy so please be patient!! Thanks

By far the best sushi burritos I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu is delicious. The sushi fries were amazing & the fried rice is fire. Such a clean restaurant, super high-quality fish, and great service. Will be back again!
