“Last week I had a doctors appointment nearby so I called for a pick up after the appointment. But the appointment ran over by about 40 minutes and I knew my smoothie would be melted so I called before I arrive at the café. The employees, Keith, Nola, Harley and Janna Graciously remade my smoothie so it would be fresh. I realize a tip was not included when I placed the order for takeout, I noticed the empty jar on the counter. It would seem most delivery services would not leave a tip for tropical smoothie employees. Perhaps there could be a way to remedy that situation?“
“Shout out to the sunday oct 19 team for going above and beynd with nice handwritten messages and stickers. Been going here for years and the wraps and smoothies are always good and speedy. We also love the ping pong table, hard to find that at a restaurant!“

“I don't tip at places where I have to stand(*if I'm not seated being and served), but I do leave reviews..especially when they deliver above and beyond. The people that work at this location are amazing! Food is great, serving size is proper and smoothies are top notch.
I frequent many locations and this is one of the better ones.“

“I wish Tropical Smoothie would be consistent. I ordered the Mango Monsoon from the Roosevelt’s location and it was delicious (I had to tell them please do not make it watery). I order the same smoothie today from the San Jose location and IT’S WATERY!! If I wanted water, then I would have gotten a bottled water. This smoothie today lacks flavor because it tastes watery. Please stop making your smoothies like this!“

“The most polite young man was working the drive thru today. He was kind, well mannered, and composed dealing with a long line of cars. Josh had some of the best customer service skills that I’ve seen in a while. I’ve worked in store management in the past and Josh is definitely a good employee. GIVE HIM A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!!!“

“I come to this Tropical Smoothie all the time, and it never disappoints! The smoothies are always fresh and taste amazing. I usually grab a Bahama Mama or Sunrise Sunset. The staff is super nice and always gets my order right, even when it’s busy. The food’s great too, especially the Chipotle Chicken Club Wrap. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick, healthy pick-me-up!“
