We had a free burger on 1/16/24. This offer was from T-Mobile. When we all went to the store and they scanned our codes for the free item, it did not work. Three phones were tried, and no codes that were scanned worked. This is the third offer from Tmobile that did not work. This is the store on Address: 9510 Applecross Rd, Jacksonville. FL. 32244
The counter lady asked to pay for our order, we said cancel. If you cannot give us the free burger we will take our business elsewhere....read full review
We were handed our drinks then asked to park, then our food came out in a normal amount of time (which means they were trying to trick the timers, but whatever). When the brought the food out a burger was missing, so we went back through the line, and they had us park AGAIN for a hamburger they should have already made. 🤦♀️
horrible customer service, kids were flirting over the headphones and accidentally pressed the wrong button, but still made me sit there and ignored me. completely messed up my order giving me all the wrong food. told them I didn't want mayo and they covered everything in mayo, even food I didn't even order 🤦🏼♀️. doors weren't open even though google says they were open for dine in and no one would answer the phones. will be going back up there tomorrow to get my...read full review
