There was a fingernail in the chili. Absolutely disgusting. Reached out to Wendy’s and no response after almost two weeks. Will never eat here again. Be warned, the food here is not sanitary.

honest review over here. i would order ue from this wendys all the time and every time i got some, it would blow my mind off how good everything tasted. always hot and tastes relatively fresh, melt in your mouth worthy food. i always go for a baconator and some sort of fry concoction, and i always got a well made and good plate of their loaded fries (other fast foods i cant say the same). and the drinks? always perfect. the way they make their lemonades are to die for. it's always so much better than other wendys at that. now i typically ue but this time i decided to drive the 20 minute drive it is instead of going to the one 5 minutes away from me and again, no disappointment!! the girl who made my blueberry pomegranate lemonade had this cute hairstyle with two framing pieces and she quite literally made my day with how DELICIOUS it was. im not sure how reviews are bad, but i will say, i happily return here every time AND will be taking the 20 minute drive for this location specifically.

Horrible experience worst ever in dining history. Came through the drive-through to get dinner for my family and basically got cardboard for nuggets and the wrong chicken sandwich wasted 50 bucks. Call the manager supposedly wrote my name in a book for a replacement or refund and when I came to get what was mine again, but correct Dylan and Tony or Tori made a new rule that they couldn’t refund it or replace it even though I show them my bank where I bought it unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the damn manager at night, so it is my , horrible experience with this. Won’t come back!

The burgers were thrown together. They were out of ice, and they were out of coke,and the cherry coke substitute I got was flat and warm. I understand that things happen beyond our control, but their indifferent, careless attitude is the reason I'm not going back to that Wendy's and where was the manager through all of this. It would have been nice if the manager stepped out and brought ice back .
