Custard is super yum and the young adults working there are always super friendly
My husband and I had a terrible experience last night 6/23/26. The lady working the register seemed annoyed and rushed us through our order despite there being no line. She rudely corrected my husband when he accidentally said flavor of the month instead of day when ordering a scoop. I ordered an ice cream sandwich from the case and was asked if i wanted to pick out my own as if it would be the most annoying thing I could do, so I just let her pick. We love Whit’s and have never had a bad experience at any other location, but unfortunately will never be back to this one due to the poor customer service.
Their FB page states they “spare no expense” and that they use the HIGHEST quality ingredients, but if you take a look at the ingredients it’s absolute garbage at a premium price. I purchased a latte custard that contained no coffee, high fructose corn syrup, dyes, and preservatives like benzyl alcohol. I tried to message them about it and they blocked me. I would give them 0 stars for false advertising.
*Side note: my wife was pregnant at the time we consumed this slop, and benzyl alcohol is dangerous for infants/newborns.

Best frozen custards I have had since the 1960's on the boardwalk in Asbury Park New Jersey. Customer service is great and they encourage you to sample the flavors.
