“Let me tell you something lol when I found out they were still open I made it my business to go 2 days in a row when I came back to Duval. I was introduced to Wing in the early 90’s. My friends and I would walk to Wing on our Summer Breaks from John E. Ford elementary. 3 Wings, piece of bread and Curly fries with hot sauce and ketchup please!!! Always fresh and perfect size! I glad they’re still in motion cause the food still tastes great. I can still pull the meat off the bone easily! And I was today years old when I found out their Name lol cause we just called it “The Wing Place” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to after the service I got from Perry at Wingstop. You can tell immediately when someone actually cares about the customer experience and the store itself. Perry stayed professional under pressure, kept the energy positive, moved with urgency, and still made customers feel welcomed even during busy moments.

What stood out most is that Perry works beyond the position title. Most employees just do the minimum — Perry pays attention to detail, helps keep things flowing, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and carries leadership energy naturally. The store honestly felt more organized because of him.

As a customer, employees like this are the reason people come back. Management and ownership should pay attention to team members like Perry because they represent the brand extremely well and have clear leadership potential. Keep him around and invest in him.“

“I love Wingstop in like going to Wingstop all the time but it was just one time maybe it was a bad day but I got served some old fried dried up fries, and I tried to ask for more or a new batch and didn't get a new batch of fries. But other than that, overall I liked it and it's a hotspot.“

“Super nice and helpful. My daughter ordered from Uber Eats and they left half our order at the store. When I called the store the guy apologized (even tho it wasn't their fault), asked how he could help, and even (jokingly I think) offered to bring it to us. When I showed up to pick up the order the man at the counter apologized again and even gave us a free brownie. We only got tenders, and they weren't great but to be fair they were cold. Still very helpful and kind workers.“

I had an incredible experience at the 130 at Bladen Wingstop location today, all thanks to an amazing cashier named Nicole. She was such a sweet, kind-hearted, and friendly person.
In a world where customer service often feels rushed and people just ring you up and ignore you, Nicole took the time to have a genuine conversation and regularly checked up on me to make sure I was doing okay. On top of her fantastic attitude, she gave me detailed instructions on how to get the five free bonus wings deal and explained exactly how it works. Because of her help as my cashier, I was able to get the deal!
Service here is a 10 out of 10! We need more people like Nicole in customer service, not just at Wingstop but everywhere. She absolutely deserves a raise or a promotion for her hard work. Thank you, Nicole! I will definitely be coming back soon.“

“Host was nice, got us a new bag when our old one was leaking, food tastes amazing. I don’t live in Jacksonville but if I was ever in the area again I would come back.
Edit: When the survey for the Cajun corn wasn’t working the host told my mom not to worry about it and it happens all the time.“

“We ordered wings from this location many times. Never have had any issues. Tonight we ordered and wings were very hard and overcooked. We called the store and the employee who answered and manager were so helpful. With a matter of minutes they rebooked all of our food and had it delivered to us again. The food came and was cooked to perfection! Thank you wingstop!“

“The lower star reviews must be from when this place didn't have good workers or something. They always make my food quickly. It always comes out good. On top of that I left my wallet there the other day, luckily my address was in it. And they drove out to me and dropped it off. If that ain't customer service, I don't know what is.“
