“They were about to close, so there was no waiting. The food was hot, and the wings were fresh and hot even though they were about to close. The prices were drastically different because I hadn't been there in some years. But they're still reasonable. Great place for a quick meal.“

“I don't know which one is the best, The Hawaiian wings, The fry seasoning, or Your Employees! This store is amazing, and especially Tawanna. She is very patient every time I call to order, and she ALWAYS gets my order perfect! Go see them on Beach Blvd!“

“It's hit or miss. When they get it right, it's amazing. When they get it wrong, they REALLY get it wrong. And I always seem to wait longer than I should for me order. They never call my name as soon as the order is ready. I have to go up and ask if my name is on one of the bags and it is and it's been sitting there a while.That said, the Louisiana Rub is brilliant and I'm addicted to it.Check your order before you leave, tho. They forget how to count sometimes.“

When we walked in we were greeted by the cashier. She was very nice taking our order. She asked for name and even asked how to spell it.
The store was clean...it is a small waiting area.
Both visits were at lunch hour so they were pretty busy with mainly call ins possibly or delivery services.
The 1st visit the wings were crispier ...which I like that way. The second time they were less crispy but still good. (Lemon pepper combo)
The food both times took about 15-20 mins after ordering.
I normally go to 103rd location but will continue to visit oakleaf bc the customer service is a lot better.“

“Front counter guy was super nice even though the pos system was down he was very nice and wasn’t rude or could tell he was frustrated usually people are cranky when that happens very nice young man taking him time with me good food as well!“

“So I noticed a lot of people are upset because the food takes so long here. I've been coming here for a while and I usually order online only and I think they do a pretty good job if you give them a while to prepare. This is the first time I stayed in the restaurant while they gave me a 15 to 20 minute wait time for three chicken sandwiches and some fried corn. During that time I noticed a lot of customers waiting and a lot of door dashers waiting. They were waiting just as long as I was. Some of the orders were very large and the staff stayed very busy and vigilant. I think the online orders disguise how busy this restaurant actually is. I asked for a refund and told them I had to go and they said I would be next but I declined respectfully. The manager came and apologized. I told them they usually do a good job but I came during a busy time and I won't make that mistake again. I think if the online orders were represented by customers actually in the restaurant the line wrapping around the block. If you place an order here probably double your wait time or simply call and ask where you are at in queue.“
