“We enjoyed our dinner here. Grilled trout with green beans is delicious. The grilled shrimp is amazing. The salad is fresh and with a perfect dressing. Great fresh fish and great service. I recommend the spinach, green beans, or mushroom sides. Great food and great service.“

“We had the most enchanting evening with friends at the Sims House. Starting with Southwestern Eggrolls, Sriracha edamame and prosciutto-wrapped figs, each dish bursting with flavor. The locally caught fish were cooked to perfection as was my steak dish and salad. An impressive wine list and a host of beers... sitting under palm trees with twinkling lights... everything was magical. It's so nice to be able to enjoy our weather dining alfresco. All dishes were done to perfection (wish I had taken photos). We enjoyed desserts of creme brulee and chocolate brownie cheesecake. Should you take the pleasure of the Sims House, you won't be disappointed.“

“I came in for the first time ready to spend money and the bartender got our order, then came back and started mumbling (sounded plastered) kept saying a different price 6 then 4 than 9 than 11 then he said 10 so i asked what it was to clarify and he sighed, took my drink and asked the next person their order completely ignoring me holding cash in my hand ready to pay (and tip) never will come back rudest service I've experienced in my life. white guy with. beard was my bartender. he also skipped the person in front of us because they weren't saying their order fast enough while he was trying to buy like 8 drinks. this business is loosing money from this guy. horrible. so we went down the road to mangos where they were respectful and got all our money.“

“Had great hospitality from Kim, Rebecca and Ashley who were friendly despite being very busy. Our food was excellent and the service was quick despite the crowd, full dance floor and football patrons all arriving for the second game. Rebecca got our game on tv before kickoff, Kim took our drink orders promptly and Ashley checked on us often. “This was my first time at Blackbird Restaurant, and Boston is truly one of a kind. He is, without a doubt, the best bartender I have ever experienced. Boston doesn’t just make drinks, he completely elevates the entire atmosphere. His level of attentiveness is unmatched; he is constantly aware of every guest, anticipating needs before you even have to ask. The care he puts into each customer and every drink is exceptional, and his cocktails are outstanding. If you’re lucky enough to be served by him, it will absolutely transform your visit. I will intentionally return to Blackbird specifically for Boston. He is a huge asset to the restaurant, and it’s clear that many guests come back just because of him.“

“i stumbled upon Mood Restaurant yesterday and went in your lunch and i was so excited to see such a beautiful and mouth watering menu! My Mom and ordered the buffalo cauliflower appetizer with blue cheese dressing and it was “over the top” . and Just amazing.bursting with flavor and wonderful texture! my Mother got the “ I’m not your mamas BLT. sandwich which was made with dried shiitake mushrooms with plenty of herbs and seasoning, and it tasted very similar to bacon and was delicious. i ordered the falafel salad 🥗 which was bursting with so many beautiful vegetables including spiral, beets, shaved carrots, cucumber, lettuce with a tahini dressing! i also had a ginger beer mock-tail which was so tasty! can’t wait to go back to this gem of a place!“

Amazing hospitality, waitresses are the sweetest and the owner is a five star person as well. He dedicates time to his customers and is heavily involved. They treated my 2 year old son with utmost respect and even gave him a toy car. God bless this family and I hope nothing but wealth and prosperity for them.“

“Two couples had dinner last night at Tap 42. We had a reservation and were quickly seated in a booth. Our waitress was young, attentive, easy to talk with, and explained things well. The meals we received were all different, all delicious and arrived at the same time. The waitress and the manager both came by to ask us if we were satisfied. My wife ordered the half rack of ribs, and I ordered the truffle steak and cheese sandwich. We both ordered the loaded mashed potatoes. The portions were large enough that neither of us could finish them, but we look forward to the leftovers! The loaded mashed potatoes were surprisingly good: lots cheese, chunks of thick bacon, and a topping of sour cream. Yum. We went home satisfied without needing dessert. The only criticism was the noise level. This seems to be true of all restaurants these days, but quiet conversation was a challenge. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.“

Stuffed squash blossoms are both beautiful and melt in your mouth. The meatball :) - the best I have ever eaten! Two working fireplaces and a large patio to fit whatever mood strikes you. “I've been at this spot four times. Each time it was a success. Most surprising is food, which was always high quality, better than in fancier restaurants. It is also abundant, so don't order too much! Last time I was really impressed by ahi tuna nachos: there was, indeed, ahi tuna, which was French and enough for two people, and home-made crispy tasty chips, not like tortillas from the bag. Sauce was great... I also had oysters, which were fresh and large. I had flat bread before, which was excellent with loads of shrimp. Soups are good too.... Service has been fast, to the point and not annoying. It is fun to watch kids in the pool. Music can vary in quality, but it is matter of taste. In my opinion, best place in the area.“

“I am the President of Adopt A Cat Foundation. We had a fundraising event here on July 27. John and his staff made our event a huge success! The choreography of the staff kept the event flowing at a great pace. The food and service was amazing and who can argue with the wonderful views around every corner! More than ample parking for our event of 130 attendees and plenty of space for dining and other activities! We will definitely have another event here in the future!“

“The food here is pretty good. The tables are spread out a little and aren't stacked on top of each other. It's a waterfront restaurant, but really the view is of a mangrove across a small canal and the occasional paddle board or boat that passes by. If it rains or the sun is beating down, there may be tables that are partially exposed to the elements.“

“Food is good. Last visit quesadillas came out wrong and all they did was scrape out onions and peppers, so it came back a mess. I think Sundays they need more help. I've been there other days of the week with no problems.“
