We had the most enchanting evening with friends at the Sims House. Starting with Southwestern Eggrolls, Sriracha edamame and prosciutto-wrapped figs, each dish bursting with flavor. The locally caught fish were cooked to perfection as was my steak dish and salad. Last night was our first time at The Sims House, and what a lovely experience! The place is absolutely magical, and the entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
It was especially refreshing to see the owner, Ernie, so hands-on and genuinely interacting with everyone. That personal touch really says a lot.
