Lahaina Poke Co. is a poke spot with fresh, customizable food, friendly staff, and cute decor. The portions are generous, and everything is fresh and flavorful, with fast and friendly service. The quality of the poke is very good, and the owner is friendly and makes sure to check on guests. Food is brought out quick, and the employees are very nice. One guest was impressed by the entire experience, noting an employee who was exceptionally thoughtful, knowledgeable, and attentive, explaining the bowl selections and side options in detail. The tuna was exceptionally fresh, clean-tasting, and handled with care. The ingredients throughout the bowl were vibrant and well prepared, and the portions were very generous. The pomegranate boba was outstanding, bright, balanced, and authentically fruit-forward, refreshing and flavorful without being saturated with sugar. The restaurant itself was immaculate, organized, well maintained, and intentionally cared for, with a relaxed, welcoming, and uplifting atmosphere. The owner was personable, engaging, and clearly passionate. Another guest found the Poké bowl delicious, fresh, and filling, with a huge portion meticulously prepared in a beautiful tropical café.
