I completely loved the performance at drive thru today. A young man named Michael at drive thru was so kind, cracking funny jokes at the drive thru speaker and so accurate, making sure nothing was missing from my order and YET repeated the order to me directly at the window to make sure a second time. Even when I asked for extra creamy cilantro sauce, he did not hesitate to put extra in my bag. I loved his smile throughout my experience at Pollo today!
