We have eaten at Calusa many times when we stay at Bakers Cay resort in Key Largo. You cannot beat the sunset view anywhere. Enjoy some champagne. Have a wonderful ,wonderful meal and Cocktails then just walk downstairs to your room. We would drive to dinner there even if we were not hotel guests. We had such a great experience at Calusa. Justin was an incredible server, the drinks were made perfectly (dirty martini and old fashioned), dinner was delicious (braised short rib and pan roasted snapper), and the view was spectacular. We would definitely come back!

Visitors can enjoy delicious dishes like the Goddess Salad, Short Rib, and Mahi-Mahi, along with exceptional sunset views from the terrace. The menu features a range of options, including Filet Mignon, Grilled Snapper, and Whole Fish. The Brussel sprouts appetizer is a standout, while other popular choices include fish dip and whole fried fish. Guests should note that sitting outside may attract mosquitoes, so wearing bug spray is advisable.
