Wow. Amazing food with amazing prices. If you are ever near Key Largo, come check out Hobo’s! Trust me, some of these other restaurants in the Keys have a nice ambience (like being on the water), but the food sucks. This place is a no nonsense restaurant where whatever you order is guaranteed to be delicious.
The food was fresh and delicious. Gator meat was very tender and cooked to perfection. The fries were liked by all the kids. All the seafood dishes were superb. Service was fast and even though we ordered a lot of food (we were a big group), the food came out quickly and was fresh.
Hobo’s, I’m a believer! How can one obscure little cafe in Islamorada get EVERYTHING right?! We hit the jackpot when our family decided to stop in for dinner. WOW! First, the food reminded me of my hometown, New Orleans. We experienced fresh seafood of every variety prepared in rich sauces, seasoned to perfection! Then there’s the wings!
