On vacation in the keys and my son wanted to try fishing. We stopped into this shop looking for tackle. The staff were more than welcoming and very helpful. They put us on the right gear to use to catch fish. They also gave my son a tour of the live baits they sell. Amazing place, if you’re in the area I highly recommend you stopping in there!
Stopped to get some shrimp, after watching the young man in the back throw my shrimp into the bucket like he was mad at the shrimp, I did a count. 3 short and 3 dead. Find your bait somewhere else
Bought a nice rod from these guys, the staff, mainly pirate was helpful but after bringing the rod back in after not even so much as using it once the guy behind the counter called his boss who said they will not refund me. This rod doesn't even so much as have one tag taken off it, new in the packaging but bottom line they will not refund it.
