Customer service 👎🏼 she thought my daughter ordered a mocha with Carmel and she ordered a macchiato with extra caramel. My daughter’s allergic to chocolate and explained that when I asked her to remake her drink. She refused unless I paid another $8 because “that’s what my daughter ordered”. I explained that she would have never ordered a mocha since it makes her sick and that I think she misunderstood her and she flat out told me I have as wrong and she said Mocha....read full review
I was here in June 2022 - very nice place. Away from the busy areas, a good place to relax. The bogo wine happy hour was great. My sis & I paired a nice white with a shared slice of Key lime pie. And the pie was fantastic - maybe even better than Kermit's! I would def suggest checking this spot out if you have a chance, it's worth it.
And there's no wifi - this place is meant to relax & talk with friends. Enoy it!
Great coffee in a fantastic atmosphere. Such a wonderful find on our visit to Key West.
