As a self-proclaimed hardcore Five Guys loyalist, I consider myself something of a connoisseur. I eat here regularly, I know the drill, and I know what to expect from my go-to order. But nothing, and I mean nothing, could have prepared me for the culinary miracle I experienced courtesy of the Key West location.

A year since last review...same great food, and today was probably the best service we've had at this location. Young lady cashier and tall young man cooking were excellent. Thank y'all!
YUM!! Phenomenal service and perfectly cooked food.

Five Guys is a pricy burger joint in a shopping plaza with ample parking. It's very kid-friendly, serving hamburgers and hotdogs. Customers enjoy the charred flavored burgers. The quick service ensures a fast in-and-out experience, and the restaurant is usually clean. The soda machine offers a wide variety of flavors, and there are complimentary salty peanuts at the entrance. The manager has really got this place in line and has improved 100%. The whole staff works well together to serve the customers. Great food, great employees, great clean place. Customer service is great and the manager is always nice and makes sure everything is up to par.
