Every single staff member we were in contact with was friendly, gracious, and beyond accommodating! Special shout out to Felix and Lisa! The rooms were beautiful… So clean, large, with great views, and the beds were super comfortable! Our son goes to school and lives in Key West so we are down there often… This was our first time at the Capitana and definitely not our last! From here on out we will stay nowhere else! “This place was so good, we went there twice in just the matter of a couple days while we visited key west! It was within walking distance from our hotel. Everything was top notch, fresh salads, cooked to order lamb chops and delicious homemade desserts! Friendly and attentive waitstaff!! Highly recommended!!“

“The prices and portions were great. The food probably would have been good but the server neglected to bring it when it was ready. Food was cold and weakly seasoned. Server also added in a huge gratuity for herself even though we were just a party of five. The manager did a great job adjusting the bill and was very apologetic for the issues.“

“The two things that people mentioned over and over again about the caterer at our wedding was that the meals were awesome and the bartenders were very friendly! From the first phone call with Chef Lea, I knew I was in good hands. He was very accommodating and quick to respond to emails. As a wedding DJ in Key West, I've had his meals before, but this was the first time I have ever hired him to cater an event. I really appreciated how he handled the planning stage with my wife and I. He listened to our vision, while adding in his own professional expertise, which made the dinner stations about as perfect as anyone could ever ask for. We had two bartenders who everyone felt were part of the family and enjoyed having conversations with. It's moments like these that really help create a nice atmosphere at a wedding reception and Key West Catering really knocked it out of the park 👏 PS: Get the Jamacian hot pot. That was the dish that people kept saying was their favorite and I would have to agree!“
