First off, we sat outside, while it rained, and it was delightful, hence the five star rating for the venue. Our server was fantastic, professional, informative and maybe was a chef himself, as he was very informative.We enjoyed local fish and ceviche, some of the best flavours imaginable, the chef showed off his talents with our meals. Incredible dining experience! Service was on point, thanks to our server, Wilson. We ordered 3 appetizers, 2 entrees and 3 desserts. Everything was paced out perfectly. The food was phenomenal! Crab “cakes”, scallops (with possibly the best pork belly I’ve had), and bisque to start. Miso glazed grouper and veal chop for entree’s and a mix of desserts. Everything was remarkable. My compliments to Chef Laurence.
