“Wow! We are blown away with Marquesa hotel. From the beautiful king suite poolside room, to the delicious cookies at noon, and the amazing staff… Great job! We’ve been coming to Key West two times a year every year for the past 10 to 15 years and we’ve stayed at many beautiful properties, but this one wins above them all. I highly, highly recommend this property. We will be returning guests for sure!“

“If in Key West, you must visit Frenchie's for coffee and breakfast. The coffee and breakfast are great. The pastries are extraordinary (better than in Paris IMO). Try the almond croissant - wow! The cosy ambiance and friendly service top it all off. Wonderful!!! Highly recommended.“

“Heads up…. Payed for a latte, received a regular coffee no foam. Coffee was weak. What surprised me the most was that they were adamant that it was a latte. Other than that, the food was delicious and the pastry’s were out of this world. Happy dining“

“It has such a cool vibe, the staff were super friendly and professional and the food and drinks were so fresh and delicious on top of being really gorgeous! 💗 I also loved the added touch of the dog bowls on the side walk, MANY dogs stooped to grab and quick drink. I recommend 10/10 !“

“This place is a small, hole in the wall spot near the Kino sandal store. My husband and I like to find quiet, little spots that boast good eats and this was one of them! I had the crab cake sandwich and he had the yellowtail fish sandwich (several fish options available) and as you can see in the photos the crab cake sandwich came on a croissant and the fish sandwich came as a wrap. Both came with a side of coleslaw and plantain chips. We also ordered fries which were crispy and their iced tea which came with lemon and basil. Everything waa made to order and fresh. We both thought everything was delicious! Not much seating there but can take food to go and sit in the courtyard of the Kino plaza. If your looking for a unique spot with seafood this is it!

“Stopped for a quick breakfast on the wait out of Key West and was super impressed! The biggest freshest breakfast burrito ever !!! Filled with eggs, Cuban pork, hash browns and cheese. Will easily make the 6hr drive home without stopping for food....maybe a nap. Must stop !!!

“This place was phenomenal all around. The owner greeted us, management all greeted us, and staff was attentive all around. Lobster pizza and the street corn pizza were phenomenal. I loved the Pina colada key lime pie. It is by far the best key lime I have tried. The view, the chickens, all of it!!“

“We are early risers, even on vacay, so I searched“coffee near me open now,” and saw Sandy’s. Being a huge fan of Cuban café, I was so excited to see that they open at 5am! Hands down, the best Cortadito we’ve ever had. We grabbed a Cuban sandwich to wait out a small rain storm and I’ve never been more thankful for rain, because it was absolutely delicious. The BREAD…iykyk. We’ve found our early morning spot, and will definitely be back!“

“Great little food stand at the Windward Hyatt Vacation Club that’s a perfect microcosm of traditional Key West foods! We tried the conch fritters, coconut shrimp, BLT burger, and smoked Gouda mac and cheese bites - everything was absolutely delicious. The woman working the counter was so friendly and pleasant, which made the experience even better. Perfect spot for a tasty bite while staying at the resort and experiencing authentic local flavors. “This spot came highly recommended by several locals as having one of the best Cuban sandwiches around, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Be sure to order the Cuban Mix with salami for the full traditional experience.

It’s a small corner bodega with a simple, no-frills setup, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in quality. The sandwich is made on authentic pressed Cuban bread and delivers great flavor in every bite.

There are a few barstools outside where you can enjoy your meal at the counter. Seating is limited, and it wasn’t clear whether the neighboring business provides access to restrooms or additional dining space.

If you’re looking for a classic Cuban sandwich done right, this little hidden gem is well worth a stop.“

“I booked this hotel for my daughter and friends. They had nothing but praise for the property. It was clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. If they get a chance to re-visit Key West, they expressed that they will re-book the same place.“

“We stayed down the block at a AirBnB so naturally got coffee and breakfast our first morning. It was so delicious we ate breakfast there every morning except for one (we had to leave for the ferry before they opened, so we ate dinner there that night!) All the food was amazing! Well seasoned, fresh, flavorful, and portions were huge! The coffee was perfect, I really loved the cortadito and milk espreso. The staff was friendly and offered recommendations if needed.“

“Visited here every day as I stayed in Key West for 3 days as their Cuban coffee was 😋🤩; I went every
morning. We even went at 3 in the afternoon and had a mojito which was lovely and very fresh tasting. They had a wide array of cigars; my husband and I had one each and sat outside and watched the world go by; so relaxing.

I have given 4 stars as Tony, who served us was not at all welcoming nor friendly, even after visiting 4 times 🥹. Tony: you need to cheer up 😁“

“The food is healthy and delicious. Staff friendly and kind. You don’t need a “Loyalty Card” just add your phone number and use your perks as you please. Customers receive credits with each purchase. This is a healthy alternative to calorie laden meals. Incorporate a few trips to Date and Thyme in your weekly routine and your belly will smile. Mine gets happy with the Blueberry Bliss smoothie, organic apples (quick snack), espresso, the prepared foods (some make a great meal right on premises). There is ample seating and shade to keep you cool. Be cool my friends!“

“What a lovely place to spend an afternoon soaking up sun, enjoying time by the ocean! We were blessed with some fun times in the sunshine…. Swimming and snorkeling, great food/refreshments at the cafe, chairs and umbrellas available for rent at a reasonable price, and beach attendants who went out of their way to provide a relaxing stay. Thank you!!“
