Outstanding, oysters Rockefeller, to die for, Ceviche, excellent the black grouper, the best I’ve had and I live in FL, finished off with the poached pair for dessert, maybe after all the scrumptious appetizer and fish out expectations were high, it was just okay. No matter will diffidently will go back. Already spreading the word.

I wanted to like Thirsty's. The food was OK though there may have been a breakdown between front and back of the house. Our waitress was NOT at all attentive and food took over an hour to arrive despite the place being half empty. Kinda disappointing as the waitress was friendly... just seemed to be focused on two local dudes who arrive after, got served before, and left before us. I had to, basically, get ketchup for myself as the waitress never checked back after delivering the food.
The food was decent. The mussels were great, the burgers may have sat out under a heat lamp too long.
I'd try other places before going back here. Blah.

Thirsty Mermaid is a gem for seafood lovers in Key West. The seafood was absolutely delicious! The intimate setting adds to the charm, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal.
Keep in mind that they serve beer and wine only, which was fine with us. Plus, the service was excellent, and our server wasn’t bad to look at either! Thirsty Mermaid is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for some top-notch seafood in a cozy atmosphere.
