Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings recently opened and has been very busy while training employees. A couple of items were accidentally left off an order, but when contacted, the establishment generously took care of it. On a revisit, there was excellent service at the drive thru. However, one visit was not pleasing: the grilled chicken was slimy and the bun was soggy. Every time at Zaxbys, the workers are kind and do their best to make the experience good. One employee is top notch, does her best at keeping the kitchen on point and getting orders out, and is kind and considerate. At the keystone heights location, an employee was very attentive and could not have been more helpful, and very polite. After not visiting for awhile, one customer was happy to see an employee back at the location who remembered them and most of their order from memory, and even went back and made the order. The team is really fabulous and on top of their game. As busy as it is, they provide terrific quality service and even yummier food. The food was pretty fresh and overall well seasoned. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and looks very visually appealing. The service was mostly good, but one employee was very passive aggressive and just didn’t give very good service in general. Other than that, there are no real complaints.

Great service by friendly staff. Food was hot and order was ready as we were filling up our drinks! Keep up the good work!

Came for opening day and had my food in my hand before I could fill up my drink! Quality and service already on point!

I can't say enough nice things about this establishment. They just opened so it was very busy and they were training a lot of employees. A couple of items were accidentally left off of our order but when we contacted them about it, we were generously taken care of!
