We checked if they were open, it said they are open until 1AM online. So we arrived at this location on foot at about 10:04PM, they had the lobby locked and said they can’t take our order. She mentioned that we could talk to the manager at the drive thru window, so we tried and she told us to wait off to the side and that maybe she can take our order. About 20 mins later she still hadn’t came back to talk to us so we left. I understand the need to close the lobby early, but if it says you’re open until 1AM, serve people until 1 or change your hours.

Did a pickup order. It was ready exactly when they said it would be. The food was hot, and drinks were freshly made up. The only downside was the size of their chicken tinders. Thays not this locations fault, though.

Ordered the 2 for 6.99 beef and cheddar sandwiches. Four piece mozzarella stick. Medium crinkle, fry and a small drink. Instead of the crinkle fry, I got the curly fries. The cheese on the beef and cheddar was cold, and the bun was not toasted, the second sandwich I had microwaved. The employee put the whole sandwich plus the foil in the microwave. Did not get a receipt so I could not leave a review from the QR code. The price for the meal seemed a little expensive. I should’ve chosen another place to eat.
Parking: I arrived a half hour after it opened. Parking was not busy. There are only a few spots for the restaurant.

Overpriced food and the smallest portions i have ever seen. Even though the curly fries were good, the chicken tenders and the chicken wrap were extremely small in size considering the prices. The menu pictures were misleading and incorrect in regards to what we actually got. We are left hungry!

So what's a guy who rides a bike, that gets off of work at 9:45 pm to do when he arrives at his or her local Arby's to order some after work grub and an employee stares you down as they lock the door? Go to the drive thru? She knows who she is, shorty with the black curly hair. Meanwhile you have up to 8 guests inside. Why not put up a sign saying you're closing the lobby at 10pm? Or you know, just give late night guests that, "I've done my job for the day" look with such displeasure. And I'm sure someone is going to be a keyboard warrior and tell me to use a third party app, I'd rather go in person and save myself from waiting 30 minutes.

I've always been a fan of Arby's. But was disappointed at this location. The cashier ("Bri") was distracted. Then the ice machine had no ice, we asked the same cashier, Bri, for ice, she very snottily told me she didn't have any. Someone from the kitchen said they had ice in the drive through ice machine. Then the sauce dispensers were empty. All the tables were dirty and chairs very unorganized. I'd give 1 star but food was good.
