Crumbl is officially my new obsession! I tried the Oreo-based cookie and a Peanut Butter one, and both were absolute perfection. They are rich, perfectly baked, and have that amazing gooey center that I love. It’s like a little piece of cookie heaven in every bite. Definitely worth the price for a high-quality, decadent treat!
This location could really use some customer service training. I ordered curbside to wait 25 min, call and watch 3 employees walk around and not answer the phone, forced to walk in and ask for my curbside order for them to walk around looking for it to then find it sitting on the counter the whole time. Not enough employees to pack orders and the only employee packing was slow even though the store was full of people waiting for their orders. My order was completed 37 minutes after the time given for pick-up.
