Brand new del taco, I was excited to finally have new place on 192 to eat at since I drive this stretch often. Tried it and it was amazing. Went back and I won’t go back again I am so livid.

First zero cars, they made me wait 10 min for 2 chicken tacos with onion added and a cheese burger with extra burger sauce cuz they are a lil dry if you don’t get extra. First my chicken in my taco was hard as a rock! I couldn’t even bite it and if I tried it would have broken my tooth. Second taco. Same thing!! Not edible chicken AGAIN! I thought ok, ond taco whatever, But two bad tacos? Wow.
Okay so I breath I’m like I got my burger let’s do this, i eat part of it for two long black HAIRS to be intertwined in my lettuce and sauce. That was the final straw!! Also they had been super kind the last few times but the crew on Jan 31 was a joke and definitely didn’t know what they were doing. I don’t get why it’s so hard for buisnesses on 192 to just hire decent people. All fast food sucks and I’m forced to drive down to resort areas just for a decent meal or forced to sit in a sit down restaurant. Hire people with class and decent attitudes, people who actually give a crap about other people they are serving. End of rant I won’t be back. Brand new and already feels dirty too me.

Michael made our first experience at Del Taco one we will never forget! He was so unbelievably funny, knew the entire menu and helped us out with providing recommendations. Truly one of the most personable people we have met and we will def make a trip back because of him.

Micheal/the good looking guy was amazing and really funny and really made it the food Worth the wait amazing taco place definitely suggest it to anyone at Orlando Florida that drive by and del taco you should give that man a raise for having to put up with us🤣

Went to Del Taco and was anticipating a really good meal as we enjoy their food but they were having an off night. Customer orders were taking over 30 minutes to prepare and deliver and so we decided to go somewhere else. If we go back to Del Taco it will be the one in central Kissimmee and not the west end close to disney. Very disappointed. No stars for food as we did not eat there.

The sales person was too interested in her boyfriend!!! Ordered my food got home a my child won’t heat his quesadilla had a few Jalapeños pieces in it! Really!!!!???
