Had a horrible experience today at the one on Pleasant Hill Road in Osceola Florida I picked up my mobile order to find out when I get back in the car that my hash browns are missing I go back In mention it to another associate he says they don’t have any asked me if I would like to replace it with something else. Worst Dunkin ever. They never get anything right. I try to go every week and They mess up every single time. They give you whatever they want. Ask for a small coffee and they give you medium. Ask for decaf and they’ll give you regular. Ask for cold coffee and they’ll give you hot. They are rude as hell. Every time I go I order decaf because u cannot have regular coffee 4 times they have given me regular coffee. They need a lot of training to learn that if a customer order...read full review
