El Buen Sabor Restaurant & Bakery

I recently had lunch at El Buen Sabor Restaurant & Bakery with some colleagues, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite the lunch rush, the service was excellent—fast and attentive. I ordered the bandeja paisa, a traditional Colombian dish, and it was phenomenal. Every component of the dish was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. If you're looking for authentic Colombian food with great service, this is the place to go! I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

I love the beef sancocho from this place! Although I wish they put more meat on it. But the flavor is too rich. And the reheated breakfast was delicious.

The servers do not speak English. They don't greet the clients with a smile and are rather stand-offish (rude). The food was cold, and the "TOSTONES were greasy and soggy. The two middle-aged waitresses are laughing and touching each other rather than giving their customers good service. And to add injury to insult the hit you with an 18% tip.

They raise the prices by 20% or 30% of what they really are, they practically rob you in the face and you don't even realize it, ASK FOR AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYING

I walked into a full restaurant, its small so it is not surprising. But NONE of the employees acknowledged my being there. Not a single greeting or a “hey we are a little busy” which would be ok. When i walked to the register to ask if I should wait or come back, the waitress turned her back away and despite numerous “hello’s , excuse me, etc” I was completely ignored. They all went out of their way to ignore me and only because it was full? Have some decency please.
