I've been a loyal customer for quite some time, and it’s disappointing to say that the quality and quantity of the food have noticeably declined recently. What used to be generous, flavorful portions now feel underwhelming and inconsistent.

The flavors that once stood out now seem muted, and the presentation has become less appealing. While the staff remains friendly and the ambiance is still enjoyable, it’s hard to ignore the changes in the kitchen.

I truly hope management takes the feedback seriously and makes an effort to bring back the quality that made this place a favorite in the first place.

This is our second time coming & being Puerto Rican, the food is bland & greasy. The white rice needed more time to cook, the chicken was dry, and the tostones were more greasy than they should be. Won't be coming back again. At least the girls serving were nice.

They make the best frituras so delicious hands down the best around cant wait to go again

To expensive for buffet food, I pay $37.00 for 2 order from the buffet rice beans and chicken stew and 2 btl of water and they add and extra charge because I order yellow rice plus the A/C was broken I told them to take a very good look at me because they never going to see me again and my advice to you don’t go to that restaurant, They don’t even deserve one star!!!

The food was very salty, greasy and trash. HORRIBLE service, no one there spoke English. My food took 35-40 minutes to make.. Which was trash, once again. The food was also expensive for a whole lot of nothing. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time and money on pure trash. 🚮

Food here is tasty and delicious.
Place is clean from what I saw when we arrived.
Ordered oxtail with white rice and beans.
I loved that it wasn’t salty. Customer service was quick and professional. Parking can be a little bit of a hassle but there is parking in the back as well.

The worst carrucho empanadillas I have ever eaten in my life! The alcapuria after the bad cold, the only thing that was almost good was the tripe!!!!!! Horrible I will never go back again

I asked for an order of tostones with shrimp, which the tostones were cold and hard and they didn't want to change them, apart from that they wanted to charge me a fitd.
