Not sure for how long my 4 pizzas where placed in a "warm area" not in the portal or a heated environment. Employee did not really care when I asked why my pizzas were cold and just gave them to me and turned around.
I lived how the pizza was freshly made and wasn't left just sitting there in those food warmers that dry out the cheese after it sits for awhile. Customer service was awesome. Ordered my pizza and came back with fresh pizza and super happy. And even happier that it was still hot when i got back to my hotel room

I give it a four overall for convenience and price and knock it down a star because its simply not the greatest pizza known to mankind. But it hits the spot when you need a pizza fix without busting your wallet. the one thing I would do is maybe bake it a bit longer so that its a bit more well done. i love pizza cooked in brick ovens that get the uneven burnt crispy crust. but again, this place takes care of my pizza craving.
