Little Caesars Pizza

Placed an order on the app accidentally to this location. Called immediately after placing it in hopes to cancel the order before they started making it. I called the stores phone multiple times. No answer. Over an hr of trying to reach any team member and nobody answered the phone. I understand they could be busy but to not even have atleast one person answering phones is crazy!

Terrible management, no customer service. We had a pickup order and still waited 1 whole hour? Completely full lobby and no one was at the front helping customers.

Went there last night from a trip to Disney world to pick up some pizza for my kids after a long day. Me and my husband walk in, place is empty. They have one guy in the back making pizza another guys who I am assuming is the manager, when we come in, I tell him I did an online order but I just placed it so it’s not rush on it. His response is “ oh you just placed it? You guys are going to be waiting about an hour an half” My response was well on the app, it says 20 mins it should be ready, he tells me that I have 2 big orders in front of mine, meanwhile he hasn’t even checked to see my order! I told I him forget it I will just cancel the order. No apologies no confirmation nothing. My experience is exactly the same as the one below which is nuts! I totally understand if it was busy, you can hear a pin drop in there that’s how empty it was. I asked him where’s is another closer location, he says 20 mins away which was another lie cause it was only 12 mins away, he said the GM that use to work at this location works at the other location now. When I went to the other location, they had a full house! And guess what! My order is was ready nice and hot and everyone was awesome! That GM needs to go back and show those boys what to do!!!!

This location is absolutely terrible. The “manager” had no customer skills. Went in to this store at 930 and they said they couldn’t take anymore orders cause they had to many orders but I only watched 4 more people go into the store to pick up food. I believe they just wanted to get out of there. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible customer service. They are walking about on the cellphone. Employees had on AirPods & screwed my order up. The manager doesn’t care . This location needs to be shut down.

Call ahead if you can or else you will be standing to order for a while. One person cutting pizza as it comes out of oven. The other 4 people just standing talking to each other with manage. Don’t bother to come to this Little Caesar
UPDATE: got back to the condo and saw that I didn’t get what I ordered. I said I want a round pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I even told them they gave me the wrong order. I said I want a round pizza. My husband said this pizza has no sauce. Guess what it’s not a pizza it’s cheese bread with pepperoni and sausage.
