First I would like to say I was a GM and Supervisor multiple stores in Ga for Little Caesars I called and no one answered so when I arrived I noticed them under staff on a holiday week with schools closed.Projections from year number should have called for more people! The GM didn’t set his MOD up for success! Also when I arrived I noticed a crew member wiping the same countertops and talking on his personal phone with gloves on when the other crew asked for help he put up a finger and told him to hold then a few minutes later the MOD gave a directed and he held his finger up to him with the lobby pack and mobile order screen pack. On the MOD Managing Report for the last he should have had a certain number pizza pre made on his ready rack so every pizza would not have to been made to ordered. I understand about your transactional labor and trying to control it but you have to control your labor by giving your people break during downtime. If you like review your camara the indent was between 9pm and 9:20 once again I commend the MOD for his patience with a lazy crew members
No sense of urgency but least I waited around to get my freshly oven- baked pizza.
