The Nine Dragons Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. The service is great, but the atmosphere is only okay, and the food quality is inconsistent. While the fried rice and some dishes are decent, the beef pepper dish and Kung Pao Shrimp disappoint, with tough, grisly beef and small, bland shrimp. At the high prices charged, the quality should be much better.
