Quite possibly the worst Panera franchise. We’ve had wrong orders. Ok fine stuff happens. Last time we ordered delivery, the driver cancelled the order and we never got our food. I also could get no reply from management so I had to dispute the charge with my CC company.
Corporate tried to make it up to us. Gave me $15 off an order that I used today. Wrong sandwich. No sides. Like…Panera. You need to get it together. What the heck!!??
