I wanted to leave a review specifically to recognize Niko for the way he handled an uncomfortable situation during our stay at Paradise Palms.
I had approached the bartender, Nick, with some questions regarding shrimp because a family member has an allergy. Unfortunately, the interaction with Nick was very unpleasant, and I felt his response to my questions was unnecessarily rude and inappropriate.

First time staying here , myself and family enjoyed the stay. It was convenient to access stores, restaurants and other public places. It was enjoyable ❤
