Pizza Hut in Kissimmee

“This Pizza Hut Staff are way nicer and do their best , then the Michigan Avenue Pizza Hut in Kissimmee. I won't go back to the Michigan Avenue/192 Pizza Hut anymore. The customer service there is poor 👎. But this Pizza Hut here in BVL is way better in customer service.

“Wow, the environment is old school, but that doesn’t take away from the amazing taste of the pizza + wings . I’ve had Pizza Hut @ many places !! but far out they’re making the best pizza in town!! (For sure)

“I’ve been coming to this location for 30 years, but today’s service was particularly memorable. Jesse is an exemplary team member and shift manager who was working the store solo. My negative experience was through a DoorDash driver, Kelon, for a +30 min. late/no reponse delivery. Upon arrival, he listened to my concerns, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly rectified my problem, and was even willing to take accountability for the 3rd party driver for whom he should not be liable. Hats off to you, Jesse, I will continue returning to this location so as long as you’re here.“

“My first experience with this place was ordering a thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese delivered.The delivery was through DoorDash and I got the wrong pizza — the delivery guy told me it wasn’t his problem and just walked away — and I was left with a rather dry pepperoni pizza.When I rang the store number it was answered by extremely rude people who hung up on me with no explanation.After half a dozen frustrating calls, one helpful person (finally!) explained that the number connected to a half rate call center that only took orders, and not the store.She explained that I had to ring customer service and gave me the number.Customer service couldn’t do anything to replace the pizza or re-deliver the right one.So instead they emailed me a code for two free hand tossed 3-topping pizzas — pick-up.Anyway, that night my supper was busted and the entire evening ruined by Pizza Hut’s terrible service.I don’t know if this is how it is at all Pizza Huts, but for now I’ll stick with Hungry Howie’s — at least if something goes wrong I can call the shop and speak to someone.Later on I redeemed the pick-up codes at the same store, and when I picked up the pizzas I told the guy about the lousy experience I’d had — he was apologetic and explained that the whole place would have likely been run by a single person on that night. Apparently under-staffing their stores is a Pizza Hut strategy (!?)

Vegetarian options: Make your own + menu veggie pizzas, margheritas etc.

Parking: Parking seems packed most of the time although it is a decent sized lot.“

“Place it’s disgusting but I ate my food still 😳🫣pizza was delicious🤣, could of been cooked more but I was starving so it was legit, got the veggie sub olive for xtra mushroom
The staff look like they haven’t bathed in weeks …. I still ate the pizza 😫🫢😟

Wheelchair accessibility: When I was dining in a man in a wheelchair came in and 3 employees took him to the backroom claiming they have something special for him and about 10 minutes later I heard screams than after 30 minutes came meat lovers pizza“

“We have eaten at Pizza Hut all over North America..this is THE WORST by far!! In town and was craving it. BIG mistake. 2 medium pizzas through Uber were $65!!??? If they’d have been great, ok. We ordered 2 “original pan” crust and both were hand tossed crust and undercooked! Most went into the trash! Had no taste at all very bland. Barely any pepperoni. Total crap, what a waste of money!“

“I ordered two pies on Bogo Tuesdays. I was told I can order whatever I wanted and it will be Bogo however, when I looked at my bill the lower pizza was taken off, I thought they were both the same price. However, we thought the cheese and the pepperoni pie was good.“
