After reading everyone's comments, I feel that they are too harsh. Many people seem to overlook that it's not a high-end restaurant given its price. I think it's unfair to judge the food by the standards of a fine dining establishment. In terms of the main dishes, I believe they are definitely worth the price, and the buffet continuously restocks its ingredients. Moreover, the restaurant's environment is very clean. My favorite part is that the staff are incredibly friendly, which I really appreciate. It definitely deserves a higher rating.

Would we come again, yes.. more than likely as we do give things a chance to change.-- Breakfast buffet --Positives - A decent price for buffet. Decent selection available. Some of it was flavorful and fresh. It was nostalgic and Rebecca was absolutely bubbly and super sweet and highly efficient.Negative - some things were old. The ham looked old/color dark grey almost green and no flavor just sitting in water. Raisins for oatmeal hard and visiblely old.Understandably not everything will be perfect but was definitely ok.

After a long day at Universal we were dying to eat quickly so wanted to stop in here but they saw us coming at 8:55 and locked the doors even though their hours on the door say open until 10pm. Terrible way to run a business, we will never be visiting this establishment again.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Would not recommend it to anyone unless you are starving and desperate, very limited dinner options, very disappointing experience overall and a complete waste of money. Came in hungry and left hungry, this place makes Golden Corral seem like an upscale restaurant.

I was really excited to come back after so many years. I remember ponderosa was a must, now absolutely not. It was very expensive in my opinion. The food was terrible best thing being pancakes. I'm so disappointed should've just gone to Dennys or ihop.
The food had no flavor. Most things seemed to be dried out or left out overnight and reheated. The taco meat was green. ?. The rolls and salad were the only things that looked fresh. There was not a big selection. I do not recommend this buffet. We spent 82.00 for 4 of us to eat with no special requests. Too high in price for a buffet amd the selection they had.

There was no atmosphere. Food was poor and service charge was added to bill without consent. Overcharges for items we didn't order and receive l. We usually always go to ponderosa but not again on any future visits from UKDietary restrictions: No gluten free options but we sis get very unpleasant staff

Manager yelled at employee so all customers could hear. Food was wrong twice. Manager NEVER came to table. Would NOT recommend, feel bad for employees, oh yeah n 15% is added automatically for tip NO matter how scrappy the service.
