Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Walked in and placed a carry out order last night. Placed order in kiosk. I was standing at counter waiting and it appeared to be quite busy at the drive thru. Watched an employee come out of the bathroom into the service area and while talking to a customer he was buckling up his pants and refastening his belt. He then proceeded into the kitchen and handled food. All visible to customers.

Seriously dude, please don’t make it so obvious that you DONT wash your hands prior to handling the food we are going to eat.

Here’s the really sad turn of affairs for chicken lovers in Kissimmee Fl. We had just walked out of KFC for the disgusting lobby to try our luck at Popeyes chicken.

Drive-thru, no waiting line and received food hot and fast.

The ordered after the lobby had closed. There was a sign that said ring bell for pickup if lobby is closed and they refused to come answer the door. Once I finally got the managers attention she had a major attitude with and refused to give me my order or give me a refund. Will never be coming back to this location again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This the worst location in Orlando. The manager or sorry excuse of a man Richard is the most incompetent person I have crossed. Had me accept the order then refused to give me the food. After I had already waited 20 mins because the food wasn't ready! Then lied and said they couldn't cancel the order but told the cops they already had. They wanted to keep the food and the customers payment. Both managers have nasty attitudes. I would never stop there again or allow anyone I know to. There's only one star so it would post

If I could give 10 stars I would! I ordered through Uber Eats and there was a problem with the delivery person. The GM Richard took it upon himself to personally bring me my order and even added in a few freebies. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I’ve never seen any management go this far above and beyond for a customer. Thank you so much!

Rudest employees I've ever encountered I was literally yelled at for saying excuse me after waiting ten minutes just to get the cups for my drink and told that my order wasn't ready yet and I would have to wait like everybody else my name wasn't even called when my order was ready and it was cold when I got it and the worst part of this whole thing is that they weren't even busy

I am a local and this is my first time at this location. I was in the area for work and decided to get lunch here. I ordered on the kiosk and before my receipt even popped up they called me for my drink cup! I was shocked at how quickly they responded to my order and even the person who ordered before me sat down and their order was already ready not even a minute after they sat down. Wonderful service. I also needed to use the restroom but my order was already done and they were nice enough to hold it behind the counter for me so I could go.I also ordered take out but decided to dine in because the atmosphere was so relaxing and clean. The only Popeyes I’ve ever seen with second floor seating!! I can say this is by far the quickest and nicest Popeyes I have been to. Definitely Recommend!! Im sure they can get busy given the area but worth it.

Marcel, Marcella or whatever her name is does more talking than working… she’s very disrespectful and unprofessional.. I was trying to tell her about the smell and taste of the food I purchased and she snatched the food out my hand and threw it away aggressively like she had an attitude as if it was my fault that the food tasted disgusting and smelly, she couldn’t even speak proper english so she then involved two other coworkers.. a girl who just kept laughing like she’s a little kid and a gentlemen who kindly took care of us and issued me back my refund. The store manager needs to REVIEW CAMERA’S and take proper action on employees like her! I don’t recommend anyone to go to this Popeyes location!
