Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They were out of chill strawberry lemonade that I ordered on the kiosk and was supposed to get 2. When we got our food they did not tell us they were out and asked if we wanted something else. They gave me a wing that looked like it had been sitting there from 9 am. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves for actually serving that to someone. The lady told me I could throw it away. I told her no you can throw it away. Bathrooms had pee all over the floor and on the toilet. I told them there bathrooms was disgusting. When I was telling the lady about my drink they didn’t give me my cups. I said mam hello I need my cups! Kept ignoring us. My friend went to get some honey and she got ignored three times! Lady said she had been waiting for 30 minutes for a DoorDash order!

Food Quality is Awesome BUT Quality of Service is Very Slow, disorganized and Inefficient Time Management. Franchisee NEEDS to hire MORE staff behind the counter! ELEVATOR is also NOT working!

This popeyes offers terrible service. The employees/managers at this location don't even pay attention to customers or even dashers. I'm a dasher and I came in yesterday 6/29/2026 to pick-up a doordash order and the employees/managers weren't even acknowledging that I was there like I was invisible or something. Also the lights from the fire alarms have been flashing for nearly a month but there's no audio just the lights flashing, someone could have a seizure from that. A lot of times the employees/managers are always in the back like they don't care about their jobs. Also a lot of the employees only speak or understand Spanish and a lot of customers (myself included) don't understand what the employees are saying. Bottom line is that this particular Popeyes location should be shut down, it's always dirty and the food is never fresh like it's supposed to be. I bet if a health inspector were to come in there, he/she would find multiple violations. Yall need to hire new employees that actually want to work and not just stand around doing nothing.

Customer service sucks.
Took 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one answering the intercom. When I said hello. A women rudely responded with “you’re welcome to come inside”.
I asked if I was able to place an order in the drive thru but she never responded.
I drove past the window only to see her leaning over the counter.

Litteraly never come to the counter and just stand in the kitchen would give zero stars but cant, staff is rude, all the orders are behind a glass box and they dont ever ask,get them, or come to the counter. Fire alarm have been going off no sound but light is. Lobby full, still no one does anything would not recommend and should have their franchise rights taken.

I arrived at the location at 9:05pm upon arrival I scanned the inside of the restaurant and the outside parking lot,I observed that it was not very busy. As I proceeded to the drive tru I noticed there was 3 cars in line waiting, to make a long story short it took a total of 38 minutes from the time I drove into the line to the time I got to order my food, and then there was the individual taking my order he was rude and didn't seem too interested, kept putting the wrong menu item and making me feel as though I was bothering him. When I got to the window to pay he stretched his hand for my card without telling me the total so I had to ask, I gave him my card, he swiped it handed me the bag with food and then my card I ask for a receipt and he told me the machine that prints the receipt is not working.
This place does not seem to value their customers. I love Popeyes Chicken, but I will not be spending my hard earned money at this location, and I suggest customers go elsewhere until they improve on training, proficiency, and professionalism.

I really wanted to put -0 stars. Waited in the drive thru for more than 35 minutes. We realized we no longer wanted the chicken any longer. We finally got to the window because we’re trapped in the tight drive thru line. We were advised that there was a 30-40 minute wait.

I visited this Popeyes on Father's Day and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had in a long time.

I arrived at approximately 5:30 PM to place my order and did not receive my food until 7:10 PM. Waiting over an hour and 40 minutes for fast food is completely unacceptable.

The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, and the team lacked focus and urgency. Communication was difficult due to language barriers, which created additional frustration throughout the experience. While waiting, I observed a team member sitting on the floor in a guest-facing area where customers were waiting for their food. This was unprofessional and reflected poorly on the operation.

What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of management presence. During a busy holiday like Father's Day, leadership should be visible and actively supporting the team and guests.

This location has significant opportunities in staffing, guest service, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall operational execution. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.This version is professional, credible, and focuses on the facts of your experience.

One of the worst!!! Terrible service, very slow they barely have employees and they don’t even want to work! If you have spare time to waste then go eat there, be prepared to wait 20-30minutes easily, minimum!

There is a reason why this place is rated so low. I will attest to it based on my experience. I have never been so displeased in a fast food chain.

Within 5 mins, I have seen many irate customers due to incomplete orders or missing orders. How do you lose their whole order?! They definitely lack customer service skills.

Fries are out and soda machine are down. The drumsticks are about the same size as their sauce packets. Are you ordering baby chickens?

My honest feedback to you is to just shut it down. Replace everyone with Ai including management and the franchise owner. The community deserves better.

The only thing they are good at is making excuses.

Sitting area to wait is small, but was lucky enough to get a seat. Cashier seemed rushed with others at the counter but not with me. All in all not bad.
