“Soul Tapas & Bar is a great place with excellent service, good music, and fabulous food. Rafael is super friendly and speaks multiple languages. The restaurant offers a great atmosphere, making it perfect for fun evening evening, casual lunch or yummy breakfast. Margs are on happy hour until 7:00 pm, yahoo! “Had friends over from the UK , so we booked a table for 6.30 pm , we had delicious cocktails and a superb selection of tapas ... service is excellent and we felt extremely well looked after ... we went outside with our final drinks onto the amazing roof top patio and watched the fireworks from Epcot and Disney ... fully recommend Bar Eleven. We most definitely will go back .“

“We dined at Jaleo last night to watch the “Dreams that soar” drone show at Disney springs. We were blown away with our experience, everything about it was 5 star! We were seated in the patio directly in front of the lake where the drone show takes place. Our server was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable and able to make recommendations in the menu. For the show, you can choose either the chefs tasting menu, or the A La Carte menu. We chose few dishes each off the menu, and everything was delicious! My kids had the grilled cheese sandwich and my son said that it was the best he’d ever tasted. Overall a magical experience and a great way to end our holiday!“

“Love the decor feels like stepping into Japan street food! Had the tonkotsu ramen and the broth was probably one of the best I’ve had! The pork was fine sadly only get one small slice (everywhere else there’s been at least 2). Tried the chicken karaage and it was lovely and crisp! Love the mayo. The cocktails looked so good from looking at other tables but sadly didn’t get one. The vibe is great and love the free water without having to ask. Also the toilets are so cool !!“

“The food was good and came out quickly however our server Madison was sure to let us know when we sat down at 8:05 that they close at 9pm. At 8:30 she started to turn away customers and before we left, she was talking very loudly next to our table about how they didn’t schedule enough people on the busiest week and how they had to fend people off during the rush. She was clearly upset and everyone could hear her talking about her dissatisfaction with the scheduling, the tip she received at the table she was clearing and the lack of a bartender (she had 4 tables in the restaurant at this time and it’s a wine bar - no drinks to make).

It’s a super cute place with great food options and wine selections, but her disposition made it uncomfortable. I’m a restaurant manager and if she were my employee, I’d be very concerned about her being on the floor with customers in the future.“

“For a hotel bar, it was top notch. They had food and drink with options for all types of eaters including vegan fare. The food was tasty and I would highly recommend.Nick our server was very enthusiastic and had good suggestions for food and drink.“

“Our server Carrie was 100% on EVERYTHING! We stopped in visiting from out of town as was blown away by the whole atmosphere. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles from the staff and even the people sitting down! Everyone seemed so happy. We were sat immediately with a party of 5 in an amazing high top in the back. Carrie was on point from the start. She made us feel so welcome while running the whole joint, she runs the place like an owner and you can truly tell she cares. If I could give 10 stars I would. The owners need to give Carrie a promotion because she’s a gem and that’s VERY rare.“

“Very great experience and our server did a fantastic job helping us have a great experience!! We decided to have lunch here after our graduation and I had an amazing time. Our waitress was out of this world!! I cannot understate how great of a job she did assisting us and offered us great suggestions for lunch and dinner.I had a chicken pad Thai for lunch which was great and the bread pudding she told us to get for dessert was delicious. Would definitely recommended dining here.“
