Excellent food and great atmosphere! Juan was fantastic and made it an awesome experience!
Slow service, no drinks refilled, some entrees came out 20 minutes before the others, then one of the remaining entrees was wrong. Staff was flippant about the whole thing.
We dined at Jaleo last night to watch the “Dreams that soar” drone show at Disney springs.
We were blown away with our experience, everything about it was 5 star!
We were seated in the patio directly in front of the lake where the drone show takes place.
Our server was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable and able to make recommendations in the menu.

Based on the reviews, Jaleo offers a very special experience. The food is good, with delicious tapas like the shrimp with heads on and excellent spinach. The goat’s cheese cheesecake and chocolate mousse with ice cream are great desserts. The “the eat like Jose” tasting menu is a favorite and worth every penny, and the “Spain, my way“ new menu is fabulous. The rice and seafood mix is highly recommended. Service is often great, with knowledgeable and helpful staff who are fantastic about accommodating allergies. However, service can be bad at times, with a waiter barely around and forgetting a drink. A foosball table in one area makes for a horrible and uncomfortable table design. Overall, many guests will come back again.
