I want to clarify we attended with a group through HGV. What you see on the table is for a party of 4. I would consider it for 2. The tapas that were supposed to come out hot were Luke warm to cold. The drinks were decent but overpriced...still decent. The carne asada on the rare side...salmon cold..anillo shrimp cold...avocado salad..very good....cono de queso good...The cheesecake was not dense very mushy. The flan was also very mushy..I have had better from Walmart ( Kozy shack and RAYMUNDO'S)The server Grezia she did a phenomenal job with the group.

I purchased the expensive Disney dining package for two people, expecting a convenient and enjoyable dining experience. However, our visit to Jaleo Restaurant at Disney Springs was a letdown. The food was not impressive, and to make matters worse, we still had to pay for our meal despite having the dining plan.I would advise against using the Disney dining package at Jaleo Restaurant. It's not worth the cost and hassle." You can't order whatever's you want from menu as well. They have different menu for dining plan. Not worth to try.

We have been a couple of times to this wonderful restaurant before, but it was our first time for dinner. We always leave super happy from the food and service, but his time, our server, I hope I got it right, Andreano was excellent! We ordered Paella for the first time, and he kept checking on us, making sure we knew how much more we needed to wait, etc. We really felt taken care of.The entire experience was fantastic, as well as the food.We will definitely be back.Muchas gracias por tan linda experiencia y noche. 100% recomendado.

My recent visit to Jaleo left much to be desired. As someone who has enjoyed dining at other restaurants by Chef Jose Andres, I was excited to try this Spanish establishment. However, the experience fell short on multiple fronts.Firstly, the portion sizes were incredibly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and wanting more. The shrimp looked as if they had just gotten frozen shrimp from the supermarket and were tiny! Additionally, the absence of basic condiments like ranch and hot sauce was surprising and disappointing. These staples can often enhance the dining experience, but unfortunately, they were nowhere to be found.Service was not great either. Do not get the patatas bravas. They were horrible.Furthermore, the taste of the food was subpar. Compared to other restaurants under Chef Jose Andres' name, the dishes lacked flavor and finesse. It's disheartening to see such a renowned chef's standards not being upheld.Lastly, the exorbitant prices for paella, starting at $150 and up, are simply unjustifiable given the overall quality of the dining experience. While I appreciate fine dining, the cost should reflect the value received, which was not the case here.Overall, I left Jaleo feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. I hope the restaurant takes these criticisms constructively and works towards improving their offerings to match the reputation of Chef Jose Andres.

The Potato braves were terrible and had no flavor at all, they charged way to much for a bottled coke and they were out of burgers. The people were nice but everything else was

Wonderful dining experience all around. I so admire José Andre and were prevlaged to enjoy sunch a lovely evening waterside. Drinks were beautifully presented and delicious - a proper gin and tonic is my weakness. Sangria de Cava was fantastic. We opted for several small plates - all superb. Cebolla asada hit it out of the park - our favorite! Our server, Laura R, was delightful and completed the whole evening.Thank you!

I can’t find my videos or photos but I LOVE THIS PLACE! I came for magical dining. There was entertainment while we ate, a great wine flight and great views of the water. I thought I wouldn’t like it but I loved everything we had. I don’t understand why it’s only 4 stars.

It is a place with unique attention, adequate music, and its food is DELICIOUS. Honestly, I have come several times and I can't say what my favorite dish is because I love everything, but the black rossejat has a place in my heart. I hope to continue visiting Jaleo to see the entire menu. The attention is 5 stars but when Jean is there everything intensifies.Jaleo is the jewel of Disney Springs

Being a Spanish restaurant and understanding the area where it is a pure tourist area, the food was not bad at all, the croquettes, the endives and piquillo peppers were not bad, there was a good atmosphere and the atmosphere is good.

We had Miguel as our server and he selected everything for us per our request. Miguel gave us the most wonderful experience. The food was delicious and we loved everything we tried.

Overpriced, 5 croquetas $15 , rice was cold and very small portions with a long waiting time between foods. Expectations not fulfilled.
