on holiday in orlando with my friend and her family . been to ihop once previously and enjoyed it lots, however this ihop stood out to me. we had a server (unfortunely i can’t recall his name) and he was wonderful. my friends dad was wearing a breitling watch which costs a bomb, the server noticed the watch immediately and was very open to a conversation about the watch and his collection of watches. he was amazing from the start and maintained a high level of attentiveness throughout the whole experience. he was very lively and had seemed to enjoy his job lots. not being able to recall his name i would hope that the server has a chance to see this review so he knows how pleased we were with his service, he will know who we are as we visited around midday on tuesday the 7th of november and he was very engaged with us about his collection of watches. now apart from the server it is time to move onto the food, everybody enjoyed their meals and was satisfied with the portion sizes. i had the philly cheesesteak sandwhich and it was perfect, nothing to complain about. overall a very good experience, good value for money and i left feeling full. would definetly return to this ihop if i didn’t live the opposite side of the world. really enjoyed the whole experience and hope the server has a chance to see this review.

Breakfast is as expected. I like they leave coffee pot and a pitcher of syrup on the table. I think it is value still even if it isn’t as cheap as before.

Had a couple of breakfasts here on our recent Florida holiday and really enjoyed both food and service (especially server Jamie). Service was friendly and quick. Lots of food options for all with generous portions and tasty dishes. The place was very busy so advise that you get there early, or wait in a long queue. Plenty of parking on site. The place was clean and tidy despite being very busy.

Food and service was wonderful! Our server, Ms. Gina was a precious jewel! Our favorites, morning classic IHOP breakfast, for lunch the Roasted turkey sandwich with extra fries and the late-night menu after midnight, DELICIOUS! And there is a great 55 plus budget menu too!

We used to go to Denny's for some of our dinners. We were less than satisfied with their new menu so decided to try the IHOP. The food was good. The service was okay. The atmosphere was good.

Having been to Denny’s decided to visit ihop we had a different experience than previous reviews yes I agree staffing is an issue doesn’t everyone at the moment they did a great job for our visit service prompt food was very good and the restrooms were clean and the prices we paid were decent enough will visit again

There were no more than 3 tables occupied, including us, and still took almost 30 minutes for the food to come out. They are really way understaffed. The food quality was subpar. I have had better food at other IHOPs.

Average at best On Holiday from the U.K and googled best pancakes near to where we were staying and IHOP came highly recommended especially over Denny’s and Waffle House It was nothing spectacular nothing and nothing compared to pancake breakfasts we’ve had in Las Vegas, Boston or New York. None of the food was hot. The pancakes and French toast were very soggy/claggy. The service was very slam the cups/glasses plates down. Bill brought to the table before we had finished or even asked if we wanted anything else and the tip section of the bill was clearly rung around in a pink pen so to clearly make sure we don’t forget. I understand tipping is a big deal in the US but nothing like having it forced down your neck especially when the service wasn’t anything special.
When we visited Orlando in 2018, we visited IHOP every other day and couldn't get enough of it. This trip, we have been twice and it is definitely losing its edge for me. No breakfast tea, the food tastes processed and not fresh, it feels dirty and greasy inside the restaurant and the toilets were dirty. The only thing that kept it a 3 for me was our server; she was delightful, attentive and friendly. Otherwise, definitely going downhill for me.

Visited this IHOP twice during our stay , most of my family , there were 9 of us , had never been in an Ihop but they loved it we all had pancakes , my grandkids loved them most of us had the breakfast sampler which was really tasty, both times we were waited on by Gabby who was really good and professional, a really good waitress and a credit to Ihop, we ll definitely visit again if in Kissimmee.

In an area that see’s more than 8 million visitors and tourists a year in the area, there is absolutely no reasons why this restaurant should be in the poor state that it is in. They were short staffed, poor service, and the food was not good. It smelled really bad in the restaurant and the restrooms were gross. The booths were worn out and the cushions were non-existent. The franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves. This is non worthy of any business, and is 100% GM and Managers fault. We went up the road about 15 minutes to Clermont and found some much nicer breakfast options instead. Stay Away!

This IHOP was probably the worst restaurant that I have ever had the misfortune to visit....SERIOUSLY. Part of the food came out MUCH later than the 1st part ( some had finished before others even got their food), one order was so undercooked that the person refused to eat it, one person's pancake order NEVER came out, and not 1 refill for the entire table. The staff is oblivious. We made requests to 3 staff members & not one came back or addressed the issues. We were never so happy to pay for food that we never received...just to get out of the dump. Laughingly, we should have been warned by the fact that the servers were arguing over not having enough menus for the unfortunate people that wandered in. If not for tourists, I suspect the place would be out of business. I wish I could give the place ZERO STARS!!! A TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Food was OK but cold. There was an incorrect item with our order but this was rectified. However the huge issue was the toilets: Not one of the ladies toilets was working and they were all in an appalling state. Had we seen the state of the toilets before ordering our food we would have gone elsewhere. Worst Ihop I have ever visited.
