I come here every time I visit the area! However, I recommend avoiding it at peak times (e.g. Saturday nights), when the service can be rather slow and the customers in line juvenile, annoying chatterboxes (presumably there for date night). Otherwise, the ice cream is delicious, the portions are big, and who wouldn't want to order some from a giant ice cream cone? Love this cute place.
The ice cream was fully deserving of the 4.5 stars this place has. I got a chocolate malt shake that tasted amazing. However the service deserves a one star. I stood in line for ten minutes before someone took my order and then waited about the same for it to be made and all I got was a small shake so nothing crazy. The person who took my order was wearing AirPods and was not friendly. They also did not have their hair up and were not wearing gloves. Sounds like I might have had...
I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru thanks to Eddie’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I pulled up, he was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even when I had a few questions and last-minute changes, Eddie stayed calm, understanding, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and kind, especially in a fast-paced environment like a drive-thru. He made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free....
