Service in hospitality, it was awful as well as the food portions have went way down. And everything was cold. And at one time, this was my favorite place!

Wings were pretty good, atmosphere was warm and crowded but wedoid get a table for two, service was very good.

Place was busy, which unfortunately made the wait about 20 to 30 minutes long. Lack of seating and the cleanliness was an issue. No waste bin anywhere inside and had to give the waste to the staff holding a garbage bag walking around. Not a great look if you are inside the place.

didn’t give us are food right and when we went to get it we asked to get some blue cheese they started yelling at us

I ordered from door dash did not receive any sauces and was missing a whole order (20 wings) from the bags. Both bags were sealed and delivered. had both bags 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. Called to get help at 10 pm on a Wednesday waited on hold for 37 minutes and no one answered the phone. Really careless and completely unacceptable.

The wi gs were delicious. Seasoning and cooked just right.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unprofessional. I was asked for an ID just to place a normal order — with no clear explanation — even though I’m a permanent resident in the U.S. That has never happened to me anywhere else.

The environment was chaotic. Staff were talking loudly amongst themselves, the tables were dirty, and no one seemed to care about keeping the place clean or treating customers with basic respect. The fries were so salty they were almost inedible.

I left feeling disrespected and completely disappointed. No desire to come back.

keshaun is miserable shouldn’t be a cashier. i asked for buffalo wings and he rang up mild…. from since when does buffalo sauce mean mild?

Yeah place is an utter joke whoever is the manager and hires the workers is clearly a big joke waited 2 hours for the order and still never got it.

Quit whining about this place already. We all know the truth — no matter how low you rate it, you’re coming back for the wings. You can’t resist them, and that’s okay. So take a deep breath, embrace your chicken wing addiction, and if this round didn’t hit the spot, there’s always next time. Wings forgive — and so should you.”！

I always come to this location but today I needed help cancelling an order and the person that was at the cashier was very rude and did not know anything not even where I should call to cancel. Other employees have been great in the past I don't know why this person was so bad.

to start off, chasity was extremely rude i asked for regular fries and got cheese fries so i went up and told her i didn’t ask for cheese fries and she kept telling me i did, in a very rude manner. i also asked for original hot wings and got half of them chicken parm somehow. secondly when we were waiting for our food we watched a worker drop raw chicken in the mixing bowl with the cooked chicken they laughed about it and still served it to us and the wings were very bloody. not to mention i asked for 8 wings and got 7, save your money and go somewhere else❤️❤️
