keshaun is miserable shouldn’t be a cashier. i asked for buffalo wings and he rang up mild…. from since when does buffalo sauce mean mild?

Yeah place is an utter joke whoever is the manager and hires the workers is clearly a big joke waited 2 hours for the order and still never got it.

Quit whining about this place already. We all know the truth — no matter how low you rate it, you’re coming back for the wings. You can’t resist them, and that’s okay. So take a deep breath, embrace your chicken wing addiction, and if this round didn’t hit the spot, there’s always next time. Wings forgive — and so should you.”！

I always come to this location but today I needed help cancelling an order and the person that was at the cashier was very rude and did not know anything not even where I should call to cancel. Other employees have been great in the past I don't know why this person was so bad.

to start off, chasity was extremely rude i asked for regular fries and got cheese fries so i went up and told her i didn’t ask for cheese fries and she kept telling me i did, in a very rude manner. i also asked for original hot wings and got half of them chicken parm somehow. secondly when we were waiting for our food we watched a worker drop raw chicken in the mixing bowl with the cooked chicken they laughed about it and still served it to us and the wings were very bloody. not to mention i asked for 8 wings and got 7, save your money and go somewhere else❤️❤️

The service was great, but unfortunately, they are understaffed. The food was good and of great quality, but they added too much salt to the fries. Overall, the food was a little on the salty side. Still, the Hawaiian-sauced boneless wings were great!

THE WORST SERVICE ALL THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. HONESTLY IF THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK AT A WING STOP I DONT KNOW HOW THEY SURVIVE LIFE. I UNDERSTAND IF THEY ARE BUSY BUT THEIR LAZINESS, RUDENESS AND BAD ATTITUDE IS THE SIGNATURE OF WING STOP STAFF. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS, HOW CAN THEY RUN A STORE ALONE?!!!!!

On Nov 12th ‘24, I walked in, said hello, and walked straight back to the restrooms knowing that my order wouldn’t be ready yet. As I waited for the restroom the one white employee loudly says, “we really need to put up a sign saying that restrooms are for paying customers only.” A black employee responded with, “Don’t you know, it’s illegal to tell white folk that they’re not allowed to use a restroom in FL!” Then all three employees started loudly talking about how they can’t stand white people, that white people are disgusting, etc. What is wrong with you people!? I was the only person in the restaurant so it’s clear that they were talking about me. Every time I come to this place I can feel the tense eye contact and racial profiling from the black employees but this is beyond disrespectful. Will no longer support this business and will ask my friends and family to do the same.

Best wingstop I’ve ever had. The crew was very nice and attentive. Their customer service was top tier and The manager and crew actually helped me try a different flavor other than lemon pepper and now I have a new best flavor thanks to them.

Takeout order. Estimated 15-19 minutes. After 50 minutes we are still without order. Grossly overwhelmed. I assume that this is the reason for the low reviews. Should not order from here.

Don’t let any negative reviews discourage you from trying wings here. I’ve visited many places in the Orlando area, and this is the quickest and friendliest Wingstop I’ve ever experienced. Don’t hesitate to come in and enjoy some amazing wings. Trust me, I have no complaints about this place!

This store refused to sell me all flats that I’m paying for, I was in the line at Popeyes for 30 mins left the line to come to wingstop only to be denied the food I wanted. I don’t eat drum sticks so I don’t mind paying extra for what I like. I actually love the fact that the option is available at here at wing stop until it actually wasn’t I was going to buy a 50 piece and wanted 10 flats only and they couldn’t do that. So I refused to spend my money there. So disappointed

You don’t actually want wings enough to come to this location. Trust me I already made that mistake.

I ordered around 10pm on the wingstop website (an hour ish before close). I walk in 25min later, just as a huge group is leaving.

It’s tense in the kitchen. Delivery drivers are chomping at the bit for attention from the one cashier. There’s a big family who (probably) just ordered. They see me walk in but avoid eye contact for as long as possible.

I say my name and after they check for my order I’m asked to check if I have the right location. Unfortunately for them, I’m at the right location.

After investigating (thank you) the cashier finds the order (it’s crumpled up in a tin container). They realize that my order wasn’t made and start making it. I’m given a cup for soda and no verbal acknowledgement of the situation.

The pièce de résistance: At the same time a kid who’s been waiting decides to stick his finger into the freestyle nozzle that has no ice. (Chefs kiss)

I get my food (with a side of here damn silent attitude) and leave. Maybe this was all karma for having late night wing cravings. Either way, I won’t be back.
