I was highly disappointed over the fact that I received COLD WINGS & SOGGY FRIES. That more than likely had been sitting there for hours. I don’t understand how that can even be served. The customer service is TRASH as well. DO BETTER

Disgusting. Fries soaked in old oil, dark brown and mushy..threw out the window for the birds to snack on. Front desk girl sat on the phone while we waited in line and the line piled up out the door...she talked for close to 10 minutes to someone asking about their order while the people needing to order just stood there watching her on the phone. We waited close to an hour for our food after being told it would be a 24 minute wait. Wish I could have chosen zero stars. We hit up Wendy's on our way home. Waste of time and money.

Do not come here to eat. You will be wasting your money. The chicken are the smallest things ever. There’s feathers on the chicken still. You can just go to Publix and buy better chicken there. Do not come here, go to Publix or a better restaurant. Horrible

Great service and explanations of options. Found my wings a little undercooked.
While on a mini family vacation my sister and I ordered 2 of the 30 pc and the whole family got stomach bugs after eating them. We have tried on numerous occasions to get in contact with the so called district manager but keep getting the run around and that he will call us tomorrow or the next day and it’s been almost a week.

Ordered food for delivery. Waited an hour and food said it was picked up. Half an hour later, got an email saying my order was cancelled. Waited some days, no refund. Called in, left my number and order number, still no refund or call back. Such a joke.
