Refused to put cold bacon in my sandwich, which I have done hundreds of times because the bacon is pre cooked lol. Gave me and everyone else a laugh when she refused... That same logic would require all your cold pre cooked deli meats to be heated before added to a sandwich as well....I don't think any of the employees wanted to be there today...come on seriously though I have been eating my sandwich this way for 10 years and I know for a fact pre cooked bacon can be sold cold...read full review
They need to install a dang doorbell on their drivethru. I have sat there for 30+ minutes and they don't even walk back to check. If the drive thru is closed, fine. But don't have it open and then just refuse to do your job. If you are understaffed, close the drive thru. They have lost money doing just this. I have seen plenty of people just drive away waiting on them to even notice they have a customer. Annoying.I do love some of the employees there though. When they were done...read full review

There was a lady who attended me with a terrible attitude. She was doing everything with an attitude and was rushing alot while doing my order. I then asked for a part of my order and the lady yelled back at me with a nasty tone. I hope this worker is reprimanded for such terrible customer service i received from her.
