“We went during the fall holiday when everything was tinged in pumpkin and spice. The line was waaayyy too long for a quick service place and the drink was both too sweet and kind of flavorless. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend it. I do find items here to be not worth the price for what you get.“

“I convinced my boyfriend to go out of the way to try Cupcabana because I love açaí with condensed milk and I find it hard to find locations that carry it as a topping. I’m so glad I was able to convince him to come here rather than a regular playa bowls because the açaí was genuinely amazing! Incredibly smooth and not icy. Layered beautifully in a cup the way I was hoping it would be. On top of that the service was fast, very kind and very welcoming. I also want to mention we ordered take out, and would you believe the to-go bags are insulated to keep your açaí cold? You could genuinely tell that everything even down to the to-go bag was high quality. We will definitely be coming back.“

“Funny story, I originally only came across this location because of the McDonalds is within the same complex. Im not from around this area (on vacation) and this was my first time ever ordering from here. The Acai bowl was phenomenal and the employees are extremely nice. “This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. “I went here recently for a break and a refreshing smoothie. I had the pleasure of meeting Abby who I thought was such an impressive young woman. She was running the smoothie store by herself and I must say that she was incredible! She made an excellent smoothie and accommodated all walks-ins and online orders quickly. Everyone was greeted and given proper attention. I love Planet Smoothie in general but I must say that Miss Abby was on fire! I am looking forward to my next smoothie break.“

“Our smoothies were amazing and so satisfying. My husband was able to customize his smoothie to his liking and he got exactly what he wanted so he was happy.

I ordered the Mountain Man Crunch with no granola (sub chia seeds). Highly recommend!

Customer service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the cashier (young girl) was able to answer all of our questions about ingredients before we ordered.

We’re visiting from out of town and I wish they had a Planet Smoothie in our city! We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area.“

“Try getting a bartender by the name of Lydia. that acted so unprofessional and dismissive. and makes a scene in front of small children and invites the customer to fight outside. over drinks that she didn't make right. I wonder if maybe she had a couple drinks on the job. humm very disturbing and unprofessional incident that occurred during my family’s visit to JoJo’s Shake Bar at ICON Park on International Drive in Orlando. My husband and I approached the bar because my husband felt his drink was watered down and politely stated that he did not like it. He also mentioned that he had requested a double shot. The bartender, who I was later told is named Lydia, immediately became rude and dismissive, stating she would not remake the drink and insisting she had made it correctly. When my husband calmly reiterated that he had asked for a double shot, the bartender began shouting, accusing my husband of being a liar. Her voice escalated, and the situation quickly became hostile. I asked her to calm down, as there was no reason for that level of aggression. At that point, the bartender told us “we can take this outside,” repeatedly inviting my husband and me to fight. She was jumping up and down, yelling, and causing a scene, despite other employees attempting to intervene and asking her to stop. She disregarded them entirely and continued screaming and provoking a physical confrontation. This behavior occurred in a family-oriented restaurant, surrounded by guests, including small children in strollers and my 11-year-old son, who witnessed the entire incident. The situation was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply upsetting. staff members eventually came out (I believe from the kitchen) and attempted to calm her down and instruct her to go to the back. She refused, continued yelling at him, and kept repeating that she wanted to fight us outside. Her refusal to follow supervision and her continued aggression only escalated the embarrassment and concern for everyone present. To make matters worse, my family and I had driven 2½ hours to visit this location , a restaurant we have always loved and frequented. Because of the scene she caused, we were forced to quickly finish our drinks, place our food in a box, and leave. My son was given a box for his cookie so we could exit as fast as possible due to the harassment and embarrassment. No customer should ever be treated this way , especially in front of children , and no employee should ever invite guests to a physical fight while on duty. As long-time supporters of JoJo’s Shake Bar, this experience was shocking and extremely disappointing. We will not return to this location as long as this individual is employed there.“
