Alesha and Kristen were the BEST. THE END. They should teach hospitality classes to rookie bar tenders. There was a major league j*** in attendance for this year's New Years Eve. They were as nice as pie.
Phins, otherwise known as the bar inside Dolphin. I did not even know what the name of this place was the first few days I was here. It just kind of melds into the surroundings. It kind of flows into the lobby area where there is seating for anyone. They offered a wide variety of items that you would find at a regular bar. They had a few beers on tap, but not that many taps. Jessie the manager was fantastic. I had a terrible service issue at Kimonos (Kevin Bartender). Was ignored for 15 minutes and then had a menu thrown down with an eye roll. I get that it’s a long day. I’m a restaurant owner. But I was beside myself. Jessie took the time to hear what I had to say and was so kind. He said he’s only been there for a couple of months but obviously cares about his job and guess service.Thank you so much!
